iPipeline Customer Update

March 30, 2020

iPipeline is focused first and foremost on the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners, and we are taking extra precautions based on guidance from the CDC, the World Health Organization, and local governments. As the COVID-19 situation changes, iPipeline will continuing to evaluate what we can do to better support our customers and employees through both process and technologies.

Our SSG Digital, cloud-based platform and operating model can assist you in maintaining business continuity by accessing your data and remotely working from any location without interruption. As of March 17, 2020, the iPipeline workforce has been 100% remote. As a result of our cloud-based systems and distributed workforce, we have had no disruption to our operations or ability to continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, security, and support.

We have cancelled all in-person engagements scheduled through early April and will conduct virtual sessions where appropriate to keep our customers and partners engaged about how to continue to get value from iPipeline solutions in these trying and demanding times.

As we go forward, we’ll be sure to keep you updated, and we welcome your questions, ideas and feedback. If you are a Customer, you can reach us through your Account Executive or Account Manager.

Valued Customers,

We hope you and your families are well and remain healthy in this extraordinary time with the COVID-19 outbreak.

We want to assure you that iPipeline remains up and running and open for business to fully support your daily requirements and processing volumes. We continue to monitor the systems, our support organization is ready for any ramp up as a result of increased electronic (nonface-to-face business), and your services team is ready to deliver or adjust to meet your business needs. We have implemented a solid business continuity plan and the actions required to protect both our employees and your investments in our technology.

We will continue to send updates as we all navigate the current business turmoil. Please remain confident in the fact that our organization is well-prepared to deal with the current situation and has the financial wherewithal to withstand these extraordinary market conditions.

Should you have any special requirements during this challenging period, please contact your assigned sales representative, or services director at iPipeline. Together, we will weather this storm.

Best regards to all of you and please stay safe!
